Refund Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Sorah sells credits in one-time packs. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how to ask for it.

Unused credits

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying a pack. We refund the credits from that pack that are still in your balance, at the price you paid per credit. For example, if you bought 1,000 credits for $12 and used 250 of them, we refund the other 750: $9.

When a refund is issued, the refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Failed runs

When you start a run, Sorah holds the credits it costs. If a model fails or returns nothing, those credits go back to your balance automatically. If a run failed and its credits did not come back, email us and we will return them. This applies at any time, not only within the 14 days.

Charges we always refund

We refund in full, at any time, if you were charged twice for the same purchase or if a purchase's credits never reached your account. If the law where you live gives you rights beyond this policy, those rights apply.

What we don't refund

Credits spent on runs that completed, including results you didn't like. Every model shows its cost before you run it, and AI results vary from run to run. Credits from a pack bought more than 14 days ago are not refundable either, except in the cases above.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@sorah.art from the email address on your Sorah account, or tell us which address it is. Include the purchase date or your receipt. Approved refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

If something went wrong with a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. It is usually faster.

Cancellation

Packs are one-time payments. Sorah has no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you are never charged again. Credits never expire. To delete your account, see the Privacy Notice.
